Our policy is strictly enforced for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any refunds or exchanges. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.
Certain conditions will result in only partial refunds being issued. If an item is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts due to reasons outside our control, we will deduct up to 50% of the item’s cost from your refund. Additionally, discretionary returns—such as accidental orders, finding a better price, or items no longer needed or wanted—will incur a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 30% of the total paid, along with a charge for return shipping.
**Shipping:**

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering your shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to an error we made. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted from that amount.
**Refunds:**
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
**Exchanges:**
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, contact us via email at keepinglusty@gmail.com and send us your item.
**Late or Missing Refunds:**
If you have not received your refund, recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank; a processing delay can often occur before a refund appears. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at keepinglusty@gmail.com.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
