Wholesale Terms & Policies

1) Eligibility & Verification

Wholesale access is intended for licensed professionals, clinics, med-spas, and specialty retailers. We may request a business license, professional/esthetician license, and/or resale certificate.

2) Pricing, Tiers & Confidentiality

  • Typical tiers: Esthetician (20% off), Clinic (25% off), Distributor (30%+ off). Final tiering is at our discretion.
  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared or published.
  • Prices and discounts are subject to change with notice.

3) Minimums & Ordering

  • Opening order minimum: $500 (USD).
  • No reorder minimums; case-pack quantities may apply to selected SKUs (commonly six units/SKU).
  • Backorders ship as soon as they become available, unless otherwise requested.

4) Payment Terms

  • We accept major credit cards and ACH. Net terms available upon approval.
  • Orders are charged at the time of shipment unless otherwise arranged.
  • Chargebacks without prior resolution attempts may lead to account suspension.

5) Shipping & Lead Times

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our U.S. warehouse.
  • Shipping method and rates are calculated at checkout; expedited options are available.
  • Risk of loss transfers at the carrier scan. Insurance available on request.

6) Damages, Shortages & Returns

  • Inspect shipments on arrival. Report damages/shortages within 5 days, including photos and the order number.
  • Unopened, resellable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with an RMA; restocking fees may apply.
  • Opened, used, or customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

7) MAP, Online Sales & Marketplaces

  • Follow the brand's MSRP/MAP, where applicable. Discounting below MAP requires written approval.
  • Selling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay) is prohibited without written authorization.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access for policy violations or brand misrepresentation.

8) Brand Assets & Representation

  • Approved product images, copy, and education may be provided upon request.
  • No medical claims; comply with FDA/FTC and platform policies.
  • Do not alter packaging, batch codes, or safety information.

9) Tax Exemption

Provide a valid resale certificate during application or before checkout to enable tax-exempt purchases where eligible.

10) Order Changes & Cancellations

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before fulfillment. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

11) Confidentiality & Termination

Account credentials and pricing are confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for policy violations, misuse, or abuse.
